Young dancer Karunad performing in Delhi

Here’s an interesting concert lined up for today - Bengaluru dancer Nidhaga Karunad B.M. is performing in Delhi on 10 January, Wednesday. Karunad is unusual because he has learnt three forms - Yakshagana, Bharatnatyam, and most recently, Kathak. He seems to be really passionate about dance and I’d love to see how he dances when he performs in Delhi. I would exhort other dance lovers in Delhi to go and see newer dancers despite Delhi’s extreme weather.
Karunad performs as part of the Habitat Concert series, and his performance on Wednesday is at the Stein Auditorium in the India Habitat Centre at 7pm.
